Do you really think they use rats for chinese food?
I mean i have heard for many years to be cautious of Chinese food. and many years of jokes about chinese people feeding us rats as chicken. I have even seen photos in china of them skinning the rats and cooking them. If thats rat in the chicken and broccoli, then thats is some good tasting rat!

they dont give u rats for chicken.brinfact,not only in china in many other south asian countries like malaysia,thailand,indonesia rats r eaten as a delicacy.brand u have seen the right pictures.they boil them in damm hot water to kill them,take off their skin,and then cook rats.later serving it with soup or some paste
