Do you see suicide as a selfish act?
My cousin committed suicide a few days ago and left be hind a wife and beautiful daughters. They are devastated, and so full of guilt. They think if only we would of said something or done something different, maybe he would still be here.

I have to agree. Im sorry to hear about you cousin.brbrMy brother committed suicide years ago Im still not over it. He did not have children but had a long term girlfriend who cheated on him. Apparently it was the last straw he could deal with at that moment in time that threw him over the edge.brbrShe did not want to have any religious service and only had a memorial for him. brbrFor my own healing, I arranged for a Lutheran minister to officiate at a funeral serviceI did invite his girlfriend, and her comment was it would only quotpiss him offquot however, she attended and found the service healingas did I.brbrI love my brother and miss him, but seriously, I still have anger that he chose such a selfish act to deal or not deal with his problems.brbrbest of luck, and God Bless.
